Directions for Use: Add one sachet (25g) to 300-350ml of cold water and shake / mix until fully dissolved.

GETSET Complete is one daily sachet with collagen, 3g creatine and a full blend of vitamins and minerals. It's high in protein too, with 10g in every sachet. It's for anyone who trains and wants to stay consistent, from the gym to GAA club and inter-county players.

A daily 3g of creatine monohydrate increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. Vitamins B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function. Each sachet also contains FORTIGEL® bioactive collagen peptides and hydrolysed collagen, so you're not buying a separate collagen tub.

Vitamins B6 and C, riboflavin and thiamine contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, and zinc to normal cognitive function.

Vitamins C, D and B12, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage and skin. Vitamins D and K and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Each sachet also contains FORTIGEL® bioactive collagen peptides (Types I, II & III).
